The End of Dental Anxiety: A Truly Exceptional Experience at Smile Arc

Like many people, I have always put off dental appointments as long as possible because the thought of visiting the dentist fills me with anxiety. However, routine checks are mandatory, and I finally found a place—Smile Arc—where I don't feel anxious anymore! This transformation starts the moment you arrive. Not only is the office located in a beautiful area surrounded by trees, but the entire atmosphere is designed to be calming and welcoming.

The folks here are simply the best. The receptionists are extremely friendly, and you can tell they care personally about every patient. All I can say is that everyone here goes above and beyond, period. I want to give a special shout-out to Keagan, who handled my cleaning. She made absolutely sure I was comfortable and at ease throughout the entire service, turning what used to be a stressful chore into a pleasant experience.

As for the facility itself, it's top-notch. They have all the modern technology you could ask for, including a super clean environment following the best practices. They even have a TV installed on the ceiling to keep you entertained and distracted during your service! Most importantly, the doctors are honest and trustworthy; they do not recommend unnecessary extractions or procedures. I am so glad I found Smile Arc—they truly set the standard for compassionate, professional, and honest dental care.

Stephanie the dental assistant was amazing the best thorough, patient dental assistant . She really Emphasized The importance of flossing that my oldest has improved in her flossing. We request her every time because she has great bed side manners.

Our family absolutely loves this dental/ortho practice! Dr. Nikki and Dr. Nader are truly incredible..not only are they exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable, but they’re also some of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet. My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist, which says everything! They make every visit comfortable, positive, and even fun. The entire team goes above and beyond to ensure each patient feels cared for and at ease. We’re so grateful to have found a dental office we can trust completely and where our whole family always has the best experience. Highly, highly recommend!

From start to finish, our first experience at Smile Arc Pediatrics was wonderful! Scheduling with Jasmine was so easy—she was kind, professional, and able to accommodate all four of my kids at once. She even offered to verify our insurance coverage ahead of time and sent text messages with forms to complete before the appointment, which made check-in a breeze.

The office itself is stunning—completely updated and more like walking into a spa than a dental office. My kids loved the play and exploration area, and since we were the only ones there, it felt extra special and personal.

The hygienists were so friendly, explaining everything clearly and checking in with me before doing wands and X-rays. I really appreciated their modern, non-invasive technology (no old-school X-rays!), as well as their knowledge about non-toxic toothpastes and airway health.

The dentist was equally wonderful—patient, thorough, and made sure I understood everything about my children’s dental health.

Overall, I’m so happy with our first visit. The combination of modern technology, a beautiful environment, and such caring staff made this an amazing experience for me and my kids. Highly recommend!
