Family & Cosmetic Dentist in 4S Ranch, San Diego

Our daughter had a routine check up with the Smile Arc's Pediatric team. This was our first visit and we found that the staff was friendly and on-time. We were in and out of there promptly, but did not feel rushed. Prior to our visit, scheduling was relatively easy via a phone call and we were able to email the required new patient forms. We plan to take our daughter here for future visits!

Not only are the facilities gorgeous but the care received here is top notch. While we live in La Jolla so it’s a decent commute, we have and will continue to get care here as the staff is top notch. I’ve been seeing Vanessa for cleanings the last year and she is truly one of the best hygienists! Thorough, gentle, and the perfect amount of education. Have never felt like I was being upsold, only getting the care that is truly needed for true health. Highly recommend Smile Arc for both adult and pediatric dental care. We’ve only had great experiences!

I have been going here since I first moved to San Diego and am so glad I found them. It’s such a one stop shop, I got here for adult and pediatrics. The staff are extremely friendly and the facility is spotless. My kids have had serious work done but handled it well because of the calm and patient energy of the staff. Where do I even begin?! Smile Arc Dental is truly every kid’s — and parent’s — dream dental office! From the moment you walk in, the office is absolutely beautiful. The design, the vibe, the incredible team — everything is so thoughtfully done. And the toys and entertainment are next level. There are so many fun, interactive things that I honestly don’t know how any kid could say no to coming to the dentist here! But what really made our experience incredible was Dr. Nikki. She genuinely took the time to connect and play with my 2-year-old before even attempting to check his teeth. At one point, they were using the dental equipment to “car wash” his little cars 😂. She completely entered his world and made him feel comfortable and safe. My son is extremely sensitive and very attached to me, so I was honestly expecting the dental exam to be challenging. But by the time Dr. Nikki was ready to check his teeth, they were already best friends! He followed every single instruction she gave him, let her examine his teeth, and was completely comfortable with her. The funniest part? He DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE. 😂 Dr. Nikki and her team have created something incredibly special here. Beautiful office, amazing energy, the sweetest team, and a pediatric dentist who truly understands little kids and knows how to earn their trust. I cannot recommend Smile Arc Dental and Dr. Nikki enough. ❤️🦷✨

Dr. Nikki and Ehsan are both highly professional, knowledgeable, and clearly well-versed in their respective areas of expertise. They took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment approach and made my son feel completely comfortable throughout the process. Their pricing was also very reasonable and transparent. I’m especially grateful to be addressing my son’s snoring with a thoughtful, clinically appropriate approach rather than simply overlooking the underlying issue.
