Dr. Sarah Albayati Younes was born and raised in San Diego, where she completed her undergraduate studies at San Diego State University. During her time as an undergraduate, she earned a scholarship that allowed her to conduct dental research at NYU Dental School, sparking her passion for dentistry.
She continued her education at the prestigious University of Michigan School of Dentistry, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
A Commitment to Service
Dr. Younes has a deep passion for giving back to the community:
- Organized and participated in a dental service trip to Jamaican villages.
- Provided essential dental care and education on preventive oral hygiene to underserved communities.
She remains an active member of professional organizations, including:
- American Dental Association (ADA)
- San Diego County Dental Society (SDCDS)
- California Dental Association (CDA)
Patient-Centered Care
Dr. Younes values earning the trust of her patients by listening to them and understanding their needs. Her goal is to curate a treatment plan together with her patients that addresses an overall scope of the patient’s health.
Outside the Office
Now residing in San Diego, CA Dr. Younes, with her husband and daughter, loves cooking, beach walks, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
